We arrived in Chicago after midnite. I called the hotel to inform them we would not arrive until around 1 am. The woman working the Front Desk checked our reservation and informed us they were overbooked and did not have a room for us. Before I had a chance to get too upset she explained they did not have any rooms with a King size bed as I had reserved, however she was able to down grade our reservation to a Queen. After traveling on the road for 18 hours we were so happy to have a bed at all. The bed so comfortable it didn't matter that it wasn't King size, we slept like a King and Queen anyway! A plus, this hotel IS Pet Friendly!

Great place to stay! I came to run Chicago Marathon. Every single place in town (especially in downtown) charged ridiculous $100-150 for cleaning services per day and $100 deposits, except for this place. Another perk, rooms have micro kitchen and a big flat screen TV with cable channels. My room was also clean and the staff from reception was available at 6am when I left for a run. Great experience.

I like the room because it has kitchen area. It also has two-door refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, bathtub & shower. The room is very spacious. I like the smell of lemongrass when entering the room.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly, and genuine. That was the best thing. We knew the hotel was going to be very basic. It had what we needed, but the staff made it special. Well done.

I like the staff especially Ricky they treat you like family even tho one of the housekeepers stole $100 while in my room I’m Over it
