MainStay Suites Chicago Hillside

I like the room because it has kitchen area. It also has two-door refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, bathtub & shower. The room is very spacious. I like the smell of lemongrass when entering the room.

Great place to stay! I came to run Chicago Marathon. Every single place in town (especially in downtown) charged ridiculous $100-150 for cleaning services per day and $100 deposits, except for this place. Another perk, rooms have micro kitchen and a big flat screen TV with cable channels. My room was also clean and the staff from reception was available at 6am when I left for a run. Great experience.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly, and genuine. That was the best thing. We knew the hotel was going to be very basic. It had what we needed, but the staff made it special. Well done.
